The workshop polyphonic "de la chanson au Madrigal" is for singers "advanced" and good reader.
It is for people who want to improve this particular aspect of the directory.
The practice of vocal polyphony, at one by voice, is a very useful step in the development of the singer.
We will take in the vast repertoire of French chanson, the motet or madrigal some works that will help us to address the various parameters of the a cappella polyphony.
- Modality / accuracy.
- Declamation / Pronunciation.
- Listen for individual and collective.
- Constructions of a new instrument "the vocal quatuor" ou "le quatuor à cordes vocales".
- As required, a deepening technique individuel may be offered to trainees.
Places limited: Maximum 4 groups (quatuor)
The inscriptions by groups formed will be priority
A curriculum or a hearing will be required for all individual registrations to form homogeneous groups.
The groups who wish will be included in the end concert of the stage, under the music festival in Namur.
Every day from 16:00 to 18:00, the vocal polyphony workshop will be open for the students registered in the singing master classes.
