We pay a particular attention to the quality of food.
We offer a varied cuisine.
Thank you notify us for special arrangements. (vegetarian, allergies, diets ...)
Midday and night's meals are served on the place of the seminar.

Boarding price include the nights from the 12th to 17th of july.
You can arrive the 11th in the afternoon and leave the 18th before midday - extra charge of 15€/night to pay.
Single rooms : Desk, chair, bed.
Breakfast: Taking on place in the dining hall

Sheets, pillows and blankets are not included. Possibility to rend one for 15€ - Contact the stage-managing

Questions

Where should the studentsgo on the first day?

We'll welcome trainees arriving the 11th to the boarding school.
For people arriving the 6th a.m.: appointment AT 8:30 in Sainte-Marie School (5 minutes walking from Namur Station)
Lessons will begin at 9.00

Is there any registration on the first day to have a student ID etc ?
Welcome and informations will be propose in the boarding school the 10th p.m. or the 11th a.m. before 9.30

How many lesson does a student take at least ?
Class size is limited to 9 students..
Each teacher organize his masterclass but the average is 5 lessons (approx. 45min to 1 hour) for the week. Of course all students are invited and free to listen all the lessons they want (in their own class but also in the others) during the week.

Where are the lessons taking place?
Lessons will take place in Sainte-Marie school Rue du Président, 26-28 / 5000 NAMUR

When will a student be informed of the schedule?
We’ll send the information in june.

Are there any practice rooms, free of charge, for students ?
Of course, There are approximately 40 rooms for trainees use.

Is there any performance opportunity? If so, who can perform in public: “all” students or students selected by teachers?
We organise 2 ilks of concerts
- One Concert the 17th midday in Sainte Marie school, to give opportunity to students to present their works
- Concerts are planed in the evening in many places in the city. These concerts are organised by the Festival Musical de Namur. Choice of works and groupes is done during the week by teachers.
If trainees don't want to play to these concerts, no obligations. Full freedom is let to the trainees as for their priorities.

An accompanist is includeing in the fees ?
There will be 4 accompanists in the seminary… we support interactions between students practicing together.

Do you issue the certification of attendance ?
Yes, each trainees who ask it, will receive a receipt and a certification of attendance.

Do you rent an instrument free of charge ?
We don't rent instruments.
Nevertheless, there are harpsichords, a positif orgel and 1 or 2 forte piano that students could use.

Do you have any Japanese translator ?
We don't have a Japanese translator.

Regarding accommodation, from when and until when a student can stay your accommodation ? Is it possible to check in the 10th of July and check out the 18th of July?
Students can arrive the 10th p.m. and must go the 18th at midday (max.) --- extra charge to pay for the night

Is the room single, double, triple, more…?
Rooms are single

Do you take care of the airport transfer… ?
No, nothing in planed.
But there are many trains between the Brussel airport station (via Brussel north station) and Namur station. It's quite easy.

To avoid expensive bank transfer, could we pay the whole fee at once ?
Of course

On the 11 July, how late can the students check in? For instance, if a student can’t check before 5 p.m, is it still to do the check in at this hour?
We'll try to adjust for hours but the best will be to arrive before 7.00 p.m.

Please tell me the extra fees for accommodation on 11th July? on 18h check out.
Each extra-night costs 15 euros.
