Unique day of initiation and presentation

Paramount base of baroque music, the art of "la Belle danse" helps us to comprehend the rhythmic, dynamic and aesthetic sides of this type of music, necessary for its interpretation.
This workshop brings the participants to discover baroque dance, from the starting base to specific details.

A glimpse of the "folio" writing will allow to appreciate the closely relation between music and "La Belle danse" and open also the sense of repertory.

The day is open to all the participants of the seminar and is also open to "out-people" interested in this initiation

The International Seminar of Early Music in Wallonia is a joint initiative of the Centre de Chant Choral de Namur and Métamusique organisation, as part of the "Festival Musical de Namur".
